Building Block Racers Refund and Cancellation Policy:

DISCLAIMER: All payments are final. Deposit amounts are non-refundable, and full payments follow the same policy. However, if an event is canceled prior to the event date, you will still have access to the credit of your order amount for up to one year from the original event date, or you can easily change the date of the event within that year.

Event reservation dates are not confirmed until deposit amounts or full payments are confirmed and approved. Approved deposits are required 48 hours prior to the requested event date and time. Balances due must be paid in full before the start time on the Building Block Racers event date.

NOTE: For online or phone order payments, payment is processed once your payment is processed, and you are agreeing to the price and conditions of the event.

DISCLAIMER: If weather or other circumstances affect the event, causing it to be canceled prior to the event date, you will still have access to the of your order amount for up to one year from the original event date, or you can easily change the date of the event within that year.

Once the Building Block Racers team arrives at the event location and equipment is set up, if the equipment does not work or the setup is insufficient, we will attempt to fix the issue on the event date. While we cannot always resolve the issue immediately, rest assured we will do our very best to address it. We may walk you or a friend through troubleshooting steps while we try to get a team member to your location if needed. On a case-by-case basis, we may offer a partial or full refund for the event depending on the circumstances.
